Ly comes from Los Angeles, California, now based in Munich, Germany. In 2014, Ly completed her Hatha and Ashtanga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, and now specializes in Vinyasa and creative flow sequenced classes with music. Ly also has over 5 years of experience with music and DJing and in 2019, she founded the company LYLA Soul Yoga, where she now combines her two passions for music and yoga with live DJ performances.
